I'm not a fish type of person and at first I thought these would have a fishy taste/smell but they didn't. This is the highest mg of fish oil I have ever seen. There is nothing wrong with adding fish oil to your daily supplement. I take it on a daily basis to help with joints, heart and brain. I received this product free in exchange for my honest review. I love that these are gel coated helps with swallowing them. #lifefood
