I am so glad I got this. I suffer from headaches from sun up to sun down and having this at night helps out a lot. This product is great for headaches, fevers (even if your child has a fever you can still use) or even if you get hot flashes. All you do is stick it in the fridge for an hour before use and either stick it on top or under your pillow. It is that simple. It even comes with a storage bag when it's not in use.
