material used for this mold is made from silicone. Very easy to use and simple to wash. I love how easy these are to pop out once they are harden. These roses will make your dessert very beautiful. A great thing about these molds is that they can handle -100 to +450 degree Fahrenheit temperatures. You could also use jello instead of chocolate with these.
